This Privacy Policy describes how EarnAffiliate.in ("EarnAffiliate", "we", "our", or "us") collects, stores, protects, and handles information provided by creators, influencers, and referral partners participating in our performance affiliate network across our client brands (such as CustomizeKaralo and SongBanalo).

We respect your privacy and adhere strictly to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable Indian data privacy regulations.

2. Information We Collect

To facilitate affiliate tracking, commission payouts, and partner communications, we collect:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Full Legal Name, Email Address, WhatsApp / Mobile Contact Number.
  • Social Media Profiles: Instagram Handle/URL, YouTube Channel, Follower Count, and Content Categories.
  • Financial & Banking Details: Bank Account Number, Bank Name, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name, and UPI ID (VPA).
  • Affiliate Performance Data: Referral link clicks, timestamp records, attributed order numbers, conversion rates, and wallet transaction ledgers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Commission Settlement: To track sales driven by your unique referral links and process direct payouts to your UPI ID or bank account.
  • Creator Analytics: To generate your real-time dashboard KPIs, conversion percentages, product performance insights, and wallet balances.
  • Paid Ad Boost Eligibility: To analyze high-engagement reels eligible for 100% brand-funded Meta sponsored ads.
  • Fraud Prevention: To verify order authenticity, detect self-referrals, and ensure compliance with our zero-tolerance anti-fraud policies.

4. Tracking Cookies & Attribution Privacy

When a consumer clicks your affiliate link, our lightweight tracker sets a first-party tracking cookie in their browser for 90 days.

What this cookie tracks: Only your creator referral identifier (e.g. CREATOR100). It does not collect customer passwords, payment card numbers, personal messages, or sensitive browsing history.

5. Data Protection & Non-Disclosure

🛡️ Strict Confidentiality: Your personal details, bank accounts, and commission earnings are strictly confidential. We never sell, rent, or monetize creator data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing firms.

All creator authentication tokens are encrypted using industry-standard bcrypt hashing, and all banking communications are processed through encrypted 256-bit SSL/TLS connections.

6. Your Rights & Data Management

You have the right to inspect, update, or request the deletion of your account and banking credentials at any time from your Settings panel (`/dashboard/settings`) or by contacting our data protection officer.
